Description of the partner

The Lycée Français International Jean Giono welcomes pupils aged from 3 to 18, from nursery school to the baccalauréat. Children receive a multilingual education within a French pedagogical approach. The school has the status of a not-for-profit cooperative and is administered by a management committee made up of elected parents.
The Lycée Français International Jean Giono is growing steadily, with 615 pupils.

The mission

Potential activities with pupils from primary to final year (newspaper club, reading club, games in French, outdoor activities if the profile matches…), more specifically:

  • Support for the implementation of socio-cultural activities linked to the promotion of the French-speaking world and the practice/application of French.
  • Support for potential activities with pupils from primary to secondary school (newspaper club, reading club, games in French, outdoor activities, raising awareness of the environment, gender equality, etc.).
  • Support for projects to be set up and run in conjunction with the teaching staff and the school life team who supervise the pupils outside the classroom.
Candidate profile

Training:

No training, specific skills or previous professional or voluntary experience can be required. Motivation is the only criterion that should really be taken into account in the context of Civic Service.

 

Languages :

A good level of English B1 or Italian B1 is appreciated, but not required.
