Description of the partner
The Khemara association implements programs aimed at building the capacities, facilitating access to rights, improving living conditions and developing access to the public decision-making process of the local communities it works with.
The aim is to help build a Cambodian society in which all people, especially women and children, participate fully in social development.
The mission
- Support for internal and external communications: the volunteer takes part in creating content and developing strategies to promote the association’s actions.
- Support for the organization of fund-raising campaigns: the volunteer participates in the search for funding and the development of creative strategies.
- Support for the follow-up of ongoing actions: the volunteer participates in the drafting of individual and general reports.
- Support for the management of future actions: the volunteer participates in the search for calls for projects and the preparation of projects.
- Support for field visits: the volunteer takes part in data collection and gathering testimonials from beneficiaries.
Candidate profile
- Interest in international development, communications and/or human rights.
- Good level of English.
Accommodation
Single room in the home of a family close to the association.
